How Remote Support Works
Triumphant uses Action1 to provide remote support. All users are already enrolled, so no setup is required on your end. Here's what to expect when a technician needs to remotely access your device.
1. Submit a Ticket
Remote support sessions start with a support ticket. Once you submit a ticket describing your issue, it's routed to the right technician.
2. A Technician Calls You
Before connecting remotely, a technician will personally call you after your ticket is opened. This gives you a chance to walk through the issue together and confirm it's a good fit for a remote session.
3. The Technician Initiates the Session
After the call, the technician initiates the remote support session through Action1. While we are technically able to connect without prompting, we always prompt you for the connection as a matter of peace-of-mind, so you'll know exactly when a session begins.
What to Expect During a Session
- A visible cursor and notification banner will appear on your screen, letting you know a remote session is active.
- The technician will be able to see your screen and control your device to diagnose and resolve the issue.
- You're welcome to stay on the call and watch, ask questions, or step away while we work. Whatever's easiest for you.
- The session ends once the issue is resolved or the technician has gathered what they need to follow up.
