SmartStart is capped at 3 users and 3 devices. If you're growing past that, it's a sign you're ready for Business Pro — which scales as you grow, with no hard ceiling.
There's an $800 one-time setup fee due at signup, which covers the design and build of your website. Beyond that, SmartStart is billed month-to-month with no annual contract and no cancellation fee — leave whenever you want.
SmartStart includes 5 support tickets per month at no extra charge. Additional tickets beyond that are billed at our standard support rate. If you're consistently going over the cap, it's usually a sign you've outgrown SmartStart; Business Pro adds priority support with a higher ticket allowance.
SmartStart support is remote-only, available during business hours. We troubleshoot and resolve issues over remote access, phone, and email — there's no on-site visit included in this plan.
No. The RMM included in SmartStart is not actively monitored or watched in real time. It handles automated patching and security updates on your devices, and gives us remote access for troubleshooting when you submit a ticket. Business Pro is the tier that includes real-time alerting and active monitoring.
